Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

The SPS stages are located in halls 1, 3, 3C and 6. A detailed site plan will be published from summer onwards.

The SPS stages are expected to offer seating for approximately 40 people, with additional standing room available.

The booking link will be available on this page from 24 August 2026.

Priority is given to submissions from all exhibitors of the SPS 2026, including co-exhibitors.

Please note that, for system-related reasons, bookings by exhibiting companies can only be made using the company name and address specified during stand booking.

Bookings by different branches or subsidiaries are unfortunately not possible.

You will receive a booking confirmation with the scheduled date and time of your presentation approximately two weeks after the end of the submission period.

Mesago reserves the right to reject submissions in justified individual cases. Reasons may include a topic that does not match the exhibition focus or capacity constraints.

If you have booked the recording of your live lecture, you will receive a download link on the following day.

Exhibitor contributions are expected to be added to the lecture program overview on the SPS website in October.

You or the speaker will receive an information email approximately two weeks before the trade show with details on the on-site process. This email will also include the link for uploading the presentation slides.

If you selected the SMS “Best” package as part of your stand booking, a live lecture is already included at no additional cost. In this case, no separate booking is required.

We will contact you directly regarding the presentation content. No action is required on your part until then.
