- The company was founded no more than 10 years ago.
- The company does not exceed a maximum annual turnover of 10 million euros.
- The company does not own a majority shareholding with more than 10 million euros in annual sales.
- The offer is only valid for companies that have not been a main exhibitor at the SPS in the past.
- The offer is limited to a maximum of 3 participations (no booking of an own stand area has been made so far).
The “Start-up Area” is exclusively reserved for international companies. German companies are warmly invited to apply for the joint stand “young INNOVATORS”.

When can we register as exhibitors for the SPS?
Registration is possible as of now.
How do we register?
Three steps to exhibiting at the SPS:
1. Register without obligation via the online form and let us know your placement preferences.
2. You will then receive a confirmation of receipt.
3. After that, we will send you a non-binding stand offer. Once you accept the offer, you are officially registered as an exhibitor at the SPS.
When is the deadline for the SPS registration?
There is no fixed registration deadline. However, the SPS has a high rebooking rate. We therefore recommend registering early so that your placement preferences can be taken into account as best as possible.

Where is the best location for our company?
The SPS is structured according to thematic focus areas, which are reflected in the individual halls.
On the “Main topics” page and in the site map, you can see which product groups and topics are represented in each hall.
When does the planning of the hall layout and the allocation of stand spaces start?
Hall layout planning starts in spring. As soon as we have checked the placement possibilities, we will contact you with a stand offer.
Please note that hall layout planning involves coordination processes and waiting times may occur.
When will we receive the stand confirmation?
You will receive the stand confirmation after acceptance of the offer. The contractual relationship starts with the stand confirmation.

Depending on the participation option selected, different services are included:
- Individual stand space: You book the space and organize booth construction yourself. Our service partners are available to support you if needed.
- Exhibition package: You book stand space and booth construction. Included services vary depending on the package selected.
- Joint stands: Included services are listed directly with the respective joint booth.

When will we receive the invoice for our stand space and when is it due?
Booth rental is payable in two equal installments. The first installment (request for installment) will be issued with booth confirmation from April onward and is payable immediately. The second installment (final invoice) minus payments already made shall be charged at the earliest three months prior to the start of the event and shall likewise be due immediately.

Until stand confirmation, registration is non-binding. Cancellation is possible free of charge during this period.
