Service on-site
Gastronomic offer and visitor zones
The restaurants, snack points and visitor zones open during the exhibition can be found in the exhibition guide and on this site from October 2024.
Lockers and cloakrooms
There are cloakrooms in all entrance areas, lockers only in East and Center. You can hand in coats, jackets, or bags at the cloakrooms free of charge at any time.
Free Wi-Fi access
Instructions for free Wi-Fi:
- Connect to the network NuernbergMesse_Wi-Fi.
- Open your browser and visit any website. You will be redirected to the Wi-Fi portal.
- Click on the "Use free access" button.
- Accept the terms of use and click "Login"
Cash dispenser
You can withdraw cash at any time with an EC (debit) card or any major international credit card at the cash dispensers located in the Service Area 1/ “Mitte” and in the eastern (“Ost”) entrance/ Level 0.
First aid
In the event of an emergency, we are here to help you. First aid can be found in the operation center (middle entrance) and at the eastern entrance.

Lost and found
Lost and found items can be handed in and collected from the SCU SecurityControlUnit or the police trade fair security at the OperationCenter located in Mitte.

Lost and found items of low value can also be handed in at any cloakroom or info counter.
Room of silence
During the exhibition, an oratory (Room 1.02, Service 4/5) will be open for all religious denominations.
Trade press
Copies of industry journals are available free of charge at the trade press stand.
Accessibility
The NürnbergMesse exhibition grounds are entirely barrier-free. Entrances Mitte and Hall 3C are accessible at ground level. The East and Hall 11 entrances can be reached by elevators. The entrance to Hall 3A is not barrier-free.
On-site parking
Upon presenting a valid disability ID, you can use the parking spaces near the entrance free of charge.

Entrances
Hall 11 can be reached by taking an elevator located to the right of the stairs. The Entrance Ost can be reached easily by elevators located to the right and left of the stairs.
Sanitary facilities
The following sanitary facilities will be freely accessible to visitors with disabilities during the event: middle entrance, operation center, Service 5/6, Service 7, parking garage, Entrance Ost (ground floor), see also the exhibition guide on site.
Free wheelchair rental
To visit the event, you can rent a wheelchair from the Bavarian Red Cross (BRK).
- Standard wheelchair (free of charge upon presentation of personal ID)
- Electric wheelchair (first day: 100 Euro, each additional day: 50 Euro)
