Can I buy a ticket on-site
Unfortunately, we cannot sell tickets on-site.
What is the info service?
The info service includes announcement of the next event, themes & program, trends, planning & preparation of your visit to the fair as well as special offers and services.
I have received a discount code. How can I redeem it?
Discount codes reduce the ticket price. Once you have selected a ticket, follow the booking process to the end. Shortly before payment you can redeem the discount code. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order process.
I have received an invitation code. How can I redeem it?
Enter the invitation code under "Redeem invitation code" and the ticket for this invitation will be automatically assigned to your order. It is not necessary or possible to select another ticket type when redeeming an invitation.
How many tickets can I order?
Each purchaser is entitled to either one Expo-Pass or a number of Day-Passes corresponding to the total number of event days.
Up to now, I have generated the tickets for our entire company ("assistant function"). What does this mean for me now?
This function is no longer available. Each person must order their own tickets via their personal account. This only takes a few minutes and contributes to data security because it also prevents any misuse of registration by third parties. By automatically transferring your account data, we can also prevent incorrect entries.
I would like my assistant to continue booking my ticket.
This is not possible. We strongly advise against sharing your personal Messe-Login credentials with others.
Can I change the personalization of the tickets?
You can change the details of the individual tickets at any time up to the point that the order is sent. To do so, go to “Overview" and click on the pencil icon for the ticket you wish to edit. Once an order has been sent, however, it is not possible to retroactively change personalization.
How can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?
Every visitor ticket is personalized and therefore non-transferable. Your colleague also needs a ticket issued for him or her. A transfer or transcription is not possible.
How will I receive my tickets?
Once your order has been accepted, usually two emails will be sent to the email address saved for your account. One of these emails contains the tickets that have been ordered, while the other email contains a confirmation of your order and, if you have ordered tickets for which there is a fee, an invoice.
In the process of registering, you will also receive emails relating to your Messe-Login.
How do I present my ticket?
For easy contact, we recommend that you bring a printed copy of your ticket with you and wear it as a badge on-site. You can then use the “connect function” to easily exchange contact details by scanning your badge in the app.
You can also easily retrieve your ticket in the app by logging in with your Messe-Login.
I haven't received one or several of the emails. What can I do?
Please check your spam filter. Otherwise, you can open the tickets at any time and from any device with internet access via the link provided in the confirmation email. You will need your password for this.
How long is my ticket valid?
If you have chosen a Day-Pass, it is valid only on the selected day of visit. If you would like to visit the event several days, please choose an Expo-Pass or a Premium-Pass.
Redeemed vouchers are valid on all three exhibition days, as is the Press Pass.
I am a journalist. How do I get my ticket?
Please select the Press Ticket and follow the steps of the order process. Have credentials available for the order process that identifies you as a journalist.
I have a disability pass. Do I get a discount?
Please send an email to sps-visitors@mesago.com to receive a discount.
We are a student group. Do we get a discount?

I need a visa. What do I have to consider?
Information about the trade fair visa and how to apply can be found on the SPS website.
Are children allowed to visit the SPS in Nuremberg?
Children from 14 years of age may visit the SPS in Nuremberg if accompanied by an adult. A ticket is required for the visit. We offer a reduced price for students. We ask you to provide proof of identification during the order process.
Use of public transport
On the move with the VGN combined ticket.
Your ticket will indicate whether it entitles you to use the public transport network in Nuremberg.
What do I show the ticket inspector?
In order to use your ticket for free travel on public transport within the zones 100/200 of the VGN/VAG area, you must have a printed copy of your ticket and your ID.
The VGN/VAG is not able to verify that you are authorized to use this ticket for free travel unless you have your ID.
Can I use my VGN combined ticket for free travel if it is on my smartphone?
A digital version on a smartphone, laptop or tablet will also be accepted.
Registration & account
Why do I have to register?
With your individual registration, you will receive your personal ticket. You can access this ticket again at any time under "Your orders".
If you are already a customer, please enter your email address and password. Your data stored with us will then be displayed and used for the ticket personalization. You only need to enter your payment method and send the order.
If you are here for the first time, simply fill out the online registration form.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password for your Messe-Login at any time. To do so, simply open "Messe-Login" by clicking on the link in the upper right-hand corner of the online shop. Once you have logged in by entering your email address and password, you will be able to set a new password under “Manage profile" > "Personal information".
My password doesn't work. What can I do?
If the password you have entered is not accepted, please check the following items:
- Did you enter your password manually? Please make sure that you have entered the upper-case and lower-case letters correctly, and check to see if the Caps Lock button has been activated.
- Did you copy and paste your password? Please make sure that you only copied and pasted the password itself. If you are not certain, please enter the password manually or count how many characters you entered.
If you continue to have problems logging in with your password, simply click on “Forgot your password?”. Here you can request a link that allows you to reset your password.
I forgot my password. How can I get a new one?
If you require a new password, you can go to “Forgot your password?". Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to set a new password.
Payment & invoice
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card or by PayPal. The details entered will only be used for this order and will not be saved for future payments.
Possible credit card types are: Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
How do I cancel my ticket?
Your ticket cannot be cancelled.
Can I change the details on my invoice?
Our system generated your invoice based on the information you provided. You can change the invoice details while placing your order. Once an order has been sent, however, it is not possible to retroactively change the invoice details.
How do I (again) get the invoice for my ticket?
Your invoice can be called up at any time in your Messe-Login or you have received it by email directly after your ticket registration.
