We are delighted to support students in entering the world of automation with significantly reduced tickets for the SPS 2026. For students we are offering a reduced price of €11.00 (tickets with info service) or €14.50 (without info service).
These tickets are reserved exclusively for students. Verification is handled easily during the ordering process. Group registrations are not possible.
For people with disabilities

Ticket purchase & order process
Can I buy a ticket on site?
Tickets are available exclusively online — you can buy your ticket digitally at any time.
What is the info service?
The info service keeps you up to date with announcements for the next event, key themes and the lecture program, current trends, planning tips for your visit and selected offers and services.
I have received a discount code. How can I redeem it?
Once you have selected a ticket, follow the booking process to the end. Shortly before payment you can enter your discount code. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
I have received an invitation code. How can I redeem it?
Enter the invitation code under "Redeem invitation code" in our ticket shop and the associated ticket will be automatically assigned to your order. When redeeming invitations, selecting a specific ticket type is neither required nor possible.
How many tickets can I order?
You may purchase one Expo-Pass or a number of Day-Passes corresponding to the number of event days per person placing the order.
Up to now, I have generated the tickets for our entire company ("assistant function"). Is that still possible?
This function is no longer available. Each person must order their own ticket using their personal account. This takes only a few minutes and improves data security, as it prevents misuse by unauthorized third parties. By automatically transferring your data, we also reduce the risk of incorrect entries.
I would like my assistant to continue booking my ticket.
This is generally not possible. We strongly advise against sharing your personal user account credentials with others.
Can I change the personalization of the tickets?
Until you submit your order, you can change the data for each ticket at any time. To do so, click the pencil icon next to the respective ticket in the “Overview”. After the order has been submitted, changes to personalization are no longer possible.
How can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?
Every visitor ticket is personalized and therefore non-transferable. Your colleague will need a ticket issued in their own name. A transfer or re‑assignment is not possible.
How do I receive my tickets?
After completing your order, you will usually receive two emails at the address linked to your account. One email contains your order confirmation and the corresponding invoice if you purchased paid tickets. The second email contains your tickets.
During registration, you will also receive emails related to your user account.
Additionally, you can easily access your ticket in the app by logging in with your user account.
I haven't received one or several of the emails. What can I do?
Please also check your spam folder. Otherwise, you can open your tickets at any time and from any device with internet access using the link provided in the confirmation email. You will need your password to log in.

How long is my ticket valid?
If you have chosen a Day-Pass, your ticket is valid for one visit day only. If you would like to attend on multiple days, please select an Expo-Pass or Premium-Pass.
Redeemed invitation codes are valid for the full duration of the event, as is the Press Pass.
I am a journalist. How do I get my ticket?
Please select the Press Pass and follow the steps in the ordering process. Please have valid proof of journalistic activity ready.
I have a disability pass. Do I receive a discount?
For discounted admission, please contact sps‑visitors@mesago.com — our team will be happy to assist you personally.
We are a group of pupils or students. Do we receive a discount?
We offer a significantly reduced ticket for pupils and students. Please note that you must provide proof of eligibility at the end of the ordering process. Group bookings are unfortunately not possible.
I need a visa. What do I need to consider?
Information about trade fair visas and the application process can be found on the SPS website.
Are children allowed to visit the SPS in Nuremberg?
Children aged 14 or older may visit the SPS in Nuremberg when accompanied by an adult. A valid admission ticket is required. We offer a discounted price for pupils and students. Please provide proof of eligibility during the ordering process.
Use of public transport
On the move with the VGN combined ticket.
Your ticket will indicate whether it entitles you to use the public transport network in Nuremberg.
What do I need to show the ticket inspector?
In order to use public transport free of charge within zones 100/200 of the VGN/VAG area, you must present your personalized ticket together with your ID.
Only in combination with your ID can VGN/VAG verify that you are authorized to use your ticket as a valid travel pass.
Can I use my VGN combined ticket on my smartphone?
Yes, this is possible. A digitally stored version on a smartphone, laptop or tablet will be accepted.
Registration & user account
Why do I have to register?
With your individual registration, you receive your personal ticket. You can access this ticket at any time under “Your orders”. In addition, you can easily retrieve your ticket in the app by logging in with your user account.
If you are already a customer, simply enter your email address and password. Your stored data will then be displayed and used for ticket personalization. You only need to select a payment method and submit your order.
If this is your first time here, simply complete the online registration form.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password for your user account at any time. To do so, click on “Sign in” via the link in the top right corner of the online shop. After logging in with your email address and password, go to “Manage profile” and then “Personal data” to set a new password.
My password doesn't work. What can I do?
If the password you have entered is not accepted, please check the following points:
- Did you enter the password manually? Please make sure to check upper- and lower-case letters and verify that the Caps Lock key is not activated.
- Did you copy and paste the password? Please ensure that only the password itself is selected and copied. If in doubt, enter the password manually or check the number of characters inserted.
If you are still experiencing login issues, you can request a password reset link by clicking “Forgot password?” and create a new password.
I forgot my password. How can I get a new one?
If you require a new password, you can go to “Forgot your password?". Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to set a new password.
Payment & invoice
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card or PayPal. The data you enter will be used only for this order and will not be stored for future payments.
The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
How do I cancel my ticket?
Tickets are non‑refundable and cannot be canceled.
Can I change the details on my invoice?
Our system generated your invoice based on the information you provided. You can change the invoice details while placing your order. Once an order has been sent, however, it is not possible to retroactively change the invoice details.
Where can I find the invoice for my ticket?
Your invoice can be called up at any time in your user account. You will also receive it by email directly after completing your ticket registration.
