GIN-PCIe5 is a high-performance CPU board for use as a fieldbus master in the form of a PCIe plug-in card. Thanks to sophisticated CPU cooling, only a single PCIe 3.0 slot is required. The GinLink master is ideally suited for high-speed applications with high technical requirements.

As a fieldbus controller for the Indel Gigabit Ethernet fieldbus GinLink, GIN-PCIe5 can operate over 100 coordinated servo axes with a closed-loop bus frequency of up to 8 kHz thanks to its high transmission rate.

As with all other Indel CPU boards, OPC UA communication is implemented directly in the machine software. As OPC UA is flexible and completely platform-independent, it is considered the ideal communication protocol for implementing Industry 4.0.

The Indel GIN-SAC4 series is the flexible solution for safe motor control. Models are available from one to four axes. Integrated safety modules allow safe evaluation of resolvers and SinCos feedbacks. It is possible to define up to 8 safety levels with according safety functions. Those levels are selected at run time by the four safe inputs available. If needed the motor current can be doubled by using two amplifiers in parallel. The integrated power supply allows for a direct connection to the 1 or 3 phase power grid.

The image shows the custom product development of the compact GIN-MAX4x10 motion board, which consists of a motion board and a distribution board. It enables machine designs in very confined spaces. Up to ten axes can be controlled in a coordinated manner. The system supports DC motors and incremental encoder systems. Depending on the interface board, a wide variety of analog and digital peripheral devices can be connected in addition to the motors. Furthermore, six PWM outputs are available, which can be used for any resistive or inductive loads, such as the lighting for camera systems.

GIN-SAM5 CPU boards are designed for use in industrial environments with exceptionally complex and high technical requirements.
