Description
NANO SERVO CONTROLLER (ETHERCAT, CANOPEN) FOR HIGH CURRENTS IN VEHICLES (AGV) AND ROBOTICS
The new ultra-compact NANO series with up to 140A dc peak is the ideal servo controller from Copley for battery-powered applications at 12 volts, 24 volts or 48 volts supply voltage, such as robotic joins or automated guided vehicles (AGV) or mobile applications in medical devices, robotics, agriculture machinery etc., i.e. all applications requiring good servo performance at DC supply with low voltages from 9Vdc. In other words, all applications that require good servo performance with DC supply with low voltage from 9Vdc and high motor current.
The basic features of the NANO servo amplifiers are:
- operating modes: current, speed or position control
- command input: EtherCAT or CANopen, RS-232, +/-10V, PWM, I/O (indexer), stepper, master encoder (electronic gear)
- operation at 9 Vdc to 90 Vdc or lower current versions for 20 Vdc to 180 Vdc
- currents up to 140A peak
- design as module for soldering/plugging in or with screw terminals
- very good current resolution
- 1 analog input +/-10V, 12-bit
- 5 digital high-speed inputs + motor overtemperature input
- 4 digital high-speed outputs
- various feedback options incl. absolute encoder: Halls, digital incremental encoder, absolute encoder (BiSS-C unidirectional, SSI)
- dual feedback
- fieldbus connection: CANopen or EtherCAT
