For locations without a power supply, the self-powered data loggers from SCHRAML are the right choice for reliable data recording and transmission. In both the FWD Advanced and Lite versions, extremely long-lasting batteries or the solar/rechargeable battery version ensure that the data logger and the sensors/measurement technology (e.g. radar, ultrasound or pressure probe) are safely powered. Possible areas of application are, for example, fault or limit value monitoring with alarm, remote meter reading, pipe breakage and leakage detection, monitoring of water levels/heights, pressures, flow rates, stormwater tank and overflow events.

Thanks to trigger control, our SCHRAML FWD Advanced and FWDA Lite data loggers provide high-resolution data exactly when it counts - for example, when limit values are exceeded or critical fault messages are signalled. In the normal state, the loggers work with longer measurement and transmission intervals to conserve battery power. In the case of critical events, the trigger switches to close-meshed data acquisition in order to provide the best possible support for important decisions.

Data transmission to the process control system is possible via 4G LTE, LTE-M and NB-IoT and can be securely encrypted.

Integrated sensors measure humidity, temperature and light for automatic problem detection during operation or when the device is opened.
