Semiautomatic cable and wire-stripping machines. Schleuniger's semiautomatic stripping machines are designed for processing wires and cables with cross sections from 32 – 6 AWG. The flexibility and versatility of these machines make it possible to process even your most difficult applications with ease.

Automatic cut and strip machines designed to process various types of wire and cable applications. Schleuniger's high performance automatic cut & strip machines accurately process single conductor wire, multiconductor cable, shielded cable, coax cable, flat ribbon cable, glass optical fiber (GOF) cable, and plastic optical fiber (POF) cable. Highly versatile and productive equipment with user-friendly operation.

The Cut & Strip Family E300 cut and strip machine impresses with high performance, optimized operability and outstanding process reliability. It processes wires, tubing, ribbon and multiconductor cables as well as insulation such as PVC, PUR or Teflon in high-precision quality. Standard applications include the stripping of the outer jacket in several steps, as well as full and partial strips – also on both sides – with conductor cross sections from 0.05 to 10 mm² (36 to 8 AWG) and cable diameters from 0.3 mm to 8.0 mm (0.012" to 0.31"). Different belt materials and the included short piece kit allow a wide range of applications.

The Zeta 620 assembly machine provides wires on two process models fully equipped for control cabinet construction – including labeling and terminals.

Manual processes take time and require properly trained personnel. The Zeta 620 wire processing machine simplifies the wire assembly process. It produces complete parts lists fully automatically and sorts and labels the cables so that they only need to be laid in the control cabinet. With modules, the process is adapted to your needs and up to 24 cable types and up to seven different ferrules are processed without changeover. The processing parameters are converted with TopConvert and sent directly to the machine at the Komax interface WPCS. This also eliminates the need to program articles manually.

The MegaStrip 9680 is an automatic cut and strip machine for processing single core wires, multiconductor cables and shielded cables up to 35 mm (1.38") in outer diameter. The modular design and the possibility to connect various peripherals – make this machine a true all-rounder.

The Omega 740/750 wire assembly machine can be used to produce wire harnesses of various complexity and to equip them with terminal housings on one or both sides.

Depending on the design, five (Omega 740) or eight (Omega 750) modules can be installed. This means that autonomous wire harnesses can be created in a short production time. The Omega series is manufactured for automated wire harness production. Regardless of the operator, the quality of the end product is ensured: A high-precision force sensor monitors the insertion process of up to 36 different wires and the precise locking of the terminal part in the housing. The individual parameters are automatically compared. Supported by a spindle drive, even the smallest components are loaded that could hardly be connected in by hand. The optionally available ACD incision monitoring additionally ensures quality.
