Safety Functions via WLAN

In addition to function-oriented data, Safety data from emergency stop and confirmation buttons, as well as key switch can be sent wirelessly with the HGW panel 1033-3 and the HGW 1033-32. Safety-relevant data is transmitted via the standard WLAN using the Black Channel principle. The Safety panels are TÜV-certifiied and with SIL 3, PL e, meet the highest requirements.

Equipped with high-performance, low-loss processors, our robust CPU modules and units are the right choice for single and multi-CPU concepts. They can be used with simple, as well as complex and very fast control, regulation and motion tasks as a flexible system solution (bus speed – 100 Mbit/s).
