Description
The Safety technology is a component of all SIGMATEK's complete automation systems. All Safety modules, such as S-DIAS Safety controllers and I/Os, as well as drives with Safety functions are seamlessly integrated into the entire system.

Safety System S-DIAS
S-DIAS Safety is a part of the modular S-DIAS control and I/O system (IP20). The Safety solution for the DIN rail consists of a Safety controller (SCP) and safe I/O modules. The transmission of Safety-relevant data is based on the Black Channel principle – by cable or wireless.
The TÜV-certified Safety system can also be used as a stand-alone solution. Existing machines and equipment can therefore be gradually equipped with Safety functions.

The new SCP 211 safety CPU from SIGMATEK impresses with its fast processing speed and extensive memory. On the software side, it is now possible to create customized macro libraries and parameter lists for safety applications. This reduces the engineering effort enormously. In the LASAL SAFTEYDesigner, it is only necessary to create one safety application for a machine or system with numerous options, which applies to all equipment variants.
