HiLin High-accuracy Linear Magnetic Encoder System

SpinCo™ is an incremental magnetic encoder system designed for use as primary position and speed feedback sensor for machine tool spindles.

It consists of two key elements, a readhead and a magnetic ring with welded cover foil.

LA12 is a true absolute magnetic encoder system designed for motion control applications as a position and velocity control loop feedback element. The encoder readhead is sealed to IP67 providing reliable operation with resolutions up to 0.244 µm and supports Mitsubishi, Yaskawa and Fanuc serial communication.

The RM08 is a compact, super small high-speed rotary magnetic encoder designed for use in harsh environments. The noncontact two part design removes the need for seals or bearings ensuring longterm reliability and simple installation.The RM08 encoder has been designed for direct integration to high volume OEM applications and can be used in a wide range of applications including motor control and industrial automation.

• Super small size – 8 mm diameter body
• Accuracy to ±0.3°
• 3.3 V or 5 V power supply versions
• High speed operation to 30,000 rpm

The AksIM-2 encoder system is suitable for use in industrial and medical applications.
A typical application is a robotic arm joint with a cable feed running through the ring or a precision gearbox where the ring is attached onto the main transmission shaft.
