The cyber® linear motor (iron core) L3S, L3SK are synchronous iron core linear motors designed for highly dynamic applications supplied in the form of active parts (build-in motors). Both the L3S motor series and its liquid-cooled variant, the L3SK, offers some of the largest power range in the industry. The cyber® linear motor iron core L3S, L3SK offer high level of modularity in size but also in the arrangements (standard, inverted, double-sided). Double-sided arrangement is the ideal solution for applications where extreme high forces (peak force above 20 kN) are required or applications with short stroke and high working frequencies.

Typical fields of application for the motors are e.g.: Industrial automation, CNC machines, production and assembly lines, test and simulation, optical devices and packaging.

The cynapse® Analyze smart service with the Health Index analysis tool and utilization radar evaluates the condition and utilization of your gearboxes. Data from the drive train is analyzed in real time and the actual load on the components is evaluated. The current condition is visualized using a traffic light system. In addition, the utilization radar shows whether the gearboxes are operating continuously within the permissible load limits – crucial information for optimizing service life.
