phg extended the M16 circular and device connector series by the new hybrid system 12+3, (12 signal and 3 power contacts). Currently available are the device connector male and overmoulded circular connector female. Can be assembled with individual pin assignment. The connectors are UL-approved.

The robust and highly versatile M16 connector is available from phg in numerous variants, with different contact densities and pin assignment options:

• Number of poles 3 - 19 (24)
• Turned, gold-plated contacts
• Solid coding lug in the shielding sleeve for pin version
• Outer diameter 20 mm
• Plug length 49 - 73 mm for straight versions
• Plug height 36 - 48 mm for angled versions
• Rated current 3 - 5 A, up to 15 A for mixed configurations

M23 is the large format phg panel mount connector. The 19 pole device connector has 16 signal and 3 power contacts. The male contacts are crimped to the stranded wires and assembled according to customer specifications. The coding nose can be individually aligned during assembly using the integrated counter system.
