The SafeLine4 grabwire is a cable/E|Stop button operated system that can be installed where no physical guarding is present on conveyors, providing constant emergency stop access. This SafeLine 4 is made from 316 stainless steel and is suitable for external use, applications where there are hygiene requirements and other situations where a level of corrosion proof is required.

The positive mode mechanism helps ensure that the contacts are immediately latched open on actuation and can only be reset by the intentional action of turning the blue reset switch. The design also protects against nuisance tripping and the effects of thermal expansion.

The O-Type range combines 40+ years of experience designing and manufacturing machine
guard safety products with the latest in safety technology. There unique design means 30 O-Type
switches can be connected in series maintaining PL-e status.
O-Type safety switches include two LEDs for indication. They are able to provide visual
diagnostics for ALL states of the device. This means the user can easily fault find without needing
to access the control panel.
The O-Type safety switches are available with a feature called EDM (external device monitoring,
this means the outputs can be used to monitor the state of contactors without the need for a safety
control unit.
