ALFRA PRESS AP 400 – stationary punching device

With a 400 mm reach, 220 kg dead weight and 46 kN punching force, the AP 400 effortlessly creates round, square or rectangular holes. Special shapes are also possible. The semi-automatic stationary punch works precisely and without pre-drilling – whether for switch cabinet housings, switch cabinet doors or mounting plates.

You save time thanks to quick tool changes. Applications in extreme edge areas are just as possible as row punching. The laser pointer visually indicates the centre of the tool. A simple crosshair with a pen is sufficient as a marking. Even complete switch cabinet housings with a depth of up to 400 mm can be placed on the machine for processing.

With a working pressure of 600 bar, you can process materials such as sheet steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass or plastic.
