The MegaStrip 9680 is an automatic cut and strip machine for processing single core wires, multiconductor cables and shielded cables up to 35 mm (1.38") in outer diameter. The modular design and the possibility to connect various peripherals – make this machine a true all-rounder.

The Cut & Strip Family E300 cut and strip machine impresses with high performance, optimized operability and outstanding process reliability. It processes wires, tubing, ribbon and multiconductor cables as well as insulation such as PVC, PUR or Teflon in high-precision quality. Standard applications include the stripping of the outer jacket in several steps, as well as full and partial strips – also on both sides – with conductor cross sections from 0.05 to 10 mm² (36 to 8 AWG) and cable diameters from 0.3 mm to 8.0 mm (0.012" to 0.31"). Different belt materials and the included short piece kit allow a wide range of applications.

The Omega 740/750 wire assembly machine can be used to produce wire harnesses of various complexity and to equip them with terminal housings on one or both sides.

Depending on the design, five (Omega 740) or eight (Omega 750) modules can be installed. This means that autonomous wire harnesses can be created in a short production time. The Omega series is manufactured for automated wire harness production. Regardless of the operator, the quality of the end product is ensured: A high-precision force sensor monitors the insertion process of up to 36 different wires and the precise locking of the terminal part in the housing. The individual parameters are automatically compared. Supported by a spindle drive, even the smallest components are loaded that could hardly be connected in by hand. The optionally available ACD incision monitoring additionally ensures quality.
