The ZX09 is a high-speed programmable logic controller (PLC). It can be used as an independent PLC, as well as a decentralized PLC within a Network, for parallel processing of signals in real time (< 3 µsec).

The ZX09 provides ten digital inputs and four digitals outputs. Additionally, the controllers have a SSI/RS485 interface and can be linked with Modbus.

This controller provides a network connection through an Ethernet-Port. With it, the PLC can be connected with a PC, to load the program onto and configure the PLC, as well as directly with one additional PLC, or through a switch, with a network. The programming of the PLC is done via the program-development-software EX_PRESS 5 (Order No.: 589092).

SK3D is an all-purpose safe coupling relay with three safe relay contacts. It ensures the quick and safe deactivation of the moving parts of a machine in case of danger.

The SK3D couples safe signals of e.g. pulsed PLC’s to the periphery for galvanic isolation and power adjustment.

SK3D can also be used as an extension module for our safety relays, safety timer SCB and our compact safety controller TALOS.

The new safe time control device SCB is a safety relay in a very compact design measuring only 22.5 mm, which offers a number of functions for the safe and time-delayed shutdown of machines and plants. It fulfils the highest safety requirements cat. 4 / PL e / SILCL 3 according to EN ISO 13849-1 and EN 62061 and is thus, ideal suited for machine tools and automatic machines.

Additionally, the SCB also applies furnaces and ancillary equipment in continuous operation according to EN 50156-1. It is available with different adjustable delays up to 0-99h and provides an accuracy of ≥ 0.1 sec.

The SCB series offers different types with 2 safe semiconductor and/or 2 safe relay contacts:

• SCB-04: The Safety Timer with 2 safe semiconductor and 2 safe relay outputs
• SCB-03: The Safety Timer with 3 safe semiconductor outputs
• SCB-02: The Safety Timer with 2 safe relay outputs

All these variants are available with the following adjustable delay times:

• up to 99 sec
• up to 99 min
• up to 99 h

The MINOS series are safety emergency stop modules for monitoring emergency stop buttons, safety doors and light curtains, as well as contact reinforcement of safe outputs (e.g. safe PLC outputs) to machines and plants.

The modules are also certified for continuous operation in furnaces according to EN 50156-1 as well as EN 746-2.

For use in the process industry these modules are certified according to IEC 61511-1.
