On this page, you will find the answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the “Media Package Manager”.

With the “Media Package Manager” (MPM), we offer you a tool that allows you to enter all the data for your Media Package in one place. It also allows you to access and review all the details of your online company profile. As the “Media Package Manager” (MPM) is available around the clock, you can update your details and make changes whenever it is convenient for you. With the preview function, you can immediately check (after entering your details) how they will be displayed in the various media channels to which they will be transferred. In addition, we were able to significantly speed up the data transfer to the media channels, which means that any changes or updates will be displayed online within a few minutes.

And another advantage for you: The “Media Package Manager” (MPM) allows you to easily optimize your online exhibitor profile for our online media by offering you various paid extras to increase the reach and impact of your media entries.

If you were an exhibitor at the event in the previous year, your data is already in our system, and we will make these details available for you in the “Media Package Manager” (MPM). This way you can get started straight away and make changes and additions to your online exhibitor profile.

The details you enter in the “Media Package Manager” (MPM) will be published in the exhibitor search on the event website, and in the Navigator App for the event – provided these types of media are available for the event in question.

When you enter new data or update your details, these changes will be visible online after just a few minutes, provided that the exhibitor search on the event website has already been activated. The same applies to the exhibitor search in the Navigator App. 

You can change and update your details at any time and as often as you wish to.

If you have forgotten your password, the login form offers you the option to be sent a new password for your Messe-Login.

In the “Media Package Manager” (MPM), you can authorize a colleague to edit your online exhibitor profile in your place. When you have logged into your “Media Package Manager” (MPM), go to the tab “Administration”, where you will find the sub-item “User Administration”. There you can enter the name and e-mail address of the person whom you wish to authorize to edit your exhibitor profile in the “Media Package Manager” (MPM) and to order extras. Once you have entered the data, your colleague will be sent the access details for the “Media Package Manager” (MPM), so that the person in question can log into the system.

For every order that you place in the “Media Package Manager” (MPM), you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You can also view your orders directly in the “Media Package Manager” (MPM) by calling up "Orders" in the menu "Administration".

Under "My Marketing", you get an overview of all paid extras that we offer to optimize your online exhibitor profile. Some of these products are available in limited quantities, which is why you cannot book them immediately. However, you can send a request for these products in the “Media Package Manager” (MPM). We will then check the availability of the product and contact you.

For any paid extras you have ordered in the “Media Package Manager” (MPM), you will receive an invoice before the event.

You can find your customer number under "Contract data" in the menu “Administration”.

The details you enter in the “Media Package Manager” (MPM) will be published online in the exhibitor search on the event website and in the Navigator App of the event, provided the relevant media channels are available for the event.

A few minutes after you have submitted or updated your details, they will become visible online, provided the exhibitor search has already been activated for the event in question. The same applies to the exhibitor search in the Navigator App.

Please note that paid extras for your online profile will only been shown online after you have completed the checkout process.
