Displacement Sensor

Displacement Sensor

Shenzhen SinceVision Technology Co. , Ltd.

Description

SinceVision Laser Displacement Sensor and Spectral Confocal Displacement Sensor are advanced precision measurement devices used in high-speed industrial applications.

The Laser Displacement Sensor, such as the SG5020 model, offers industry-leading features like an ultra-high sampling frequency of up to 590 kHz and repetition accuracy of 0.02 µm. It supports both wide and small light spot options, providing versatility across various precise measurement tasks. The sensor is designed to capture ultra-fast motion stably and accurately, making it ideal for high-speed manufacturing and quality control processes.

The Spectral Confocal Displacement Sensor stands out for its highly precise, non-contact distance measurement using confocal chromatic technology. This sensor excels in environments where surface reflectivity varies, including low-reflectivity or black materials. It enables accurate thickness measurements, positioning, and surface profiling with excellent repeatability and minimal influence of ambient light.

Both sensors incorporate robust hardware suitable for tough industrial conditions, often with IP67 protection against dust and water, and support integration with machine vision and automation systems through various software platforms.

These sensors empower industries such as electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, automotive, and logistics with ultra-precise, reliable, and fast surface and thickness measurement solutions, enhancing product quality and optimizing production efficiency.
