AQASYS energy management offers flexibility in the recording, monitoring and control of different energy sources. This allows you to fully utilise cross-sector and systemic solutions and record your entire energy management at a glance. This includes, for example, PV, solar and wind systems, battery storage, combined heat and power plants, digester gas or biogas, hydrogen as an energy source as well as external supply sources such as the power grid and much more.

AQASYS supports you in saving energy. With AQASYS, you can achieve goals such as decarbonisation through digitalisation, peak load avoidance, increased transparency through comprehensive availability of key figures, reducing dependence on external energy sources, increasing energy self-sufficiency and automating energy-saving measures.

AQASYS enables the seamless integration of all common devices for energy measurement, management, storage and control. Thanks to the support of manufacturer-independent, modern interfaces such as OPC UA, Siemens S7 TCP, Modbus TCP/RTU, B-Bus, REST API, MQTT and IEC 60870-5-104, flexible connection is guaranteed at both centralised and decentralised locations. Easily integrate data from external portals or IoT web services into your AQASYS energy management system.

Use the energy optimisation module to control active power consumption in real time by optimising the connection and disconnection of consumers and generators. And all without any programming knowledge, thanks to simple, menu-based configuration in the AQASYS Energy Optimisation module. Avoid load peaks and switch on energy generators as required. Optimise switching logics and improve the coordination and prioritisation of individual consumers.

SCHRAML has received ISO 50001 certification with AQASYS energy management and is on the BAFA list of energy management software eligible for subsidies.

The AQASYS process control system is the right solution for water suppliers, wastewater treatment plant operators, sewer networks, landfills, flood protection systems and local and district heating suppliers. Control, regulate and monitor your processes and systems with a specialised system that perfectly meets your requirements. Use visualisation (SCADA) in process images, dashboards and hydrographs (trend lines with webcam integration), logging (H260/M260, special and flex reports), remote alarming (voice/text2speech, app, SMS, email, city call) and maintenance management from a single source. Our industry modules for rainwater overflow basins (RÜB), operating logbook (Hirthammer), pipe burst detection and leak detection against water loss round off the solution.

Operate AQASYS flexibly as a desktop application, as a web browser solution (HTML5) or app (Android and iOS) and on the HMI touch panel. Use the full functionality of the AQASYS control system on your mobile device too - via dashboards, process images, hydrographs, reports, maintenance and remote alarms. Mobile, safe and convenient. Thanks to comprehensive connectivity, all PLCs, sensors, web portals, energy devices, inverters, wallboxes and much more can be connected and integrated directly into the AQASYS system.

The AQASYS process control system is available as a purchase solution for local installation on your control system computer or for rent or as a hosting/cloud solution.

AQASYS fulfils the highest IT security requirements (KRITIS) with end-to-end SSL/TLS encryption from the control centre to the telecontrol station, through authentication with system and device-specific certificates and with secure login procedures including 2-factor authentication.

SCHRAML IoT components and telecontrol stations enable the reliable and secure connection of distributed outdoor structures to the central process control system - for every application and every data transmission path (e.g. 4G mobile communications, DSL, LAN, SHDSL, LTE-M, etc.). Our telecontrol technology stands for your PLUS in data storage and data security, even if transmission to the control centre is interrupted. PLUS direct cross-communication between the telecontrol stations for fast and fail-safe control processes. PLUS system-oriented operation thanks to HMI touch panel connection directly at the telecontrol station. We support all PLC interfaces (all manufacturers, TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, M-Bus, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC UA) or can also function as a PLC ourselves with the CODESYS IEC programme.

Our telecontrol power packs FWL 555 and 550: For remote monitoring and control (PLC) in one, but also for flexible coupling of external PLCs. With integrated LTE modem, VPN router (e.g. PLC remote programming, webcam connection), 8 DE or even 16DE, 8DA, 4AE onboard and flexibly expandable with external I/Os. Optionally with automatic alternative path switching between DSL and LTE as a ‘double floor’ for data and fault message transmission to the control centre.

The FWL 520 LTE router with telecontrol function - the component for cost-effective entry into telecontrol technology. Use the FWL 520 LTE/VPN router to connect all PLCs via TCP/IP and rely on the proven security of a telecontrol station with data buffering over several days and LTE data transmission to the control system.
