Transmitted light systems:

In the field of high-precision measurement technology, we not only offer displacement sensors and profile sensors, but also transmitted light systems for the non-contact inspection of your products. They can be used for a wide range of measuring tasks, including the measurement of diameters, gaps and film thicknesses, making them suitable for a variety of applications.

Hereby we distinguish between our 1D- & 2D- light band micrometers:

- 1D light band micrometers: these sensors impress with their very high measuring accuracy and a very high sampling rate of up to 16 kHz.

- 2D light band micrometers: these sensors also impress with their very high accuracy and enable you to measure up to 16 features simultaneously.

Displacement and profile sensors:

In the field of high-precision measurement technology, we offer you a wide range of measurement systems to optimise your production processes and increase production quality. A wide variety of measuring tasks can be realised, including the measurement of material thicknesses, measurement of concentricity, distance and position measurements, as well as profile and outer diameter measurements.

These systems include in particular:

- Displacement sensors: here we distinguish between sensors with confocal methods for highly precise measurements and sensors with triangulation methods for precise and very fast measurements.

- Profile sensors: here we also offer sensors with triangulation methods for very precise and very fast measurements.

Line scan cameras:

With a new combination of high-performance cameras, intelligent illumination and specialised algorithms, even tiny defects are automatically detected. With the LumiTrax™ mirror reflection mode, several images can be generated from one image sequence, depending on the application, so that users can select the image data relevant to the defect in question. The LED pointers built into each of these cameras also allow us to immediately define the area to be captured during the installation of the system.

Inline 3D inspection system for measuring and inspection tasks:

With our multispectral 3D measurement system, you can take simple, automated measurements. This system relies on a high-resolution CMOS sensor, four LED projectors and a telecentric lens package - which produces depth-sharp 3D colour images for any application and inline. Application areas include:

- Printed circuit boards/solder joints: Height inspection of assembled parts, solder joint inspections.

- Welding: weld seam inspection

- Medical consumables: cap inspection

- Ceramics: protective cover inspection

The system offers a wide range of applications and impresses with its precision, stability and ease of set-up.

Robot-Vision – Bin picking in a new way

Our Bin Picking System delivers the perfect combination of hardware & software. The newly developed 3D search uses four separate cameras to create a 3D image - so optimal results can be achieved without dead zones. As a result, your components are stably detected, regardless of position or orientation.

The automatic calculation of the optimal robot path incl. gripper significantly reduces the time required to create robot programmes. At the same time, stable operation can be guaranteed. In addition, unnecessary corrections after commissioning can be avoided in advance by simulating the bin picking concept.
