S7 DIN rail controllers with onboard advantage

These S7 PLCs can be programmed in STEP®7 with the SimaticManager or the TIA-Portal® from Siemens. Equipped with sufficient memory, extensive communication channels such as Ethernet (TCP, UDP and S7 communication), Modbus-TCP and -RTU, CANopen as well as RS232 and RS485 and optionally Profibus DP master/slave or Profinet IO controller. Special function blocks and free remote visualization allow extensive additional functions without an additional budget, all under S7. With onboard and/or decentralized peripherals in fine gradations. Designed in robust and EMC-proof metal housings for the temperature range of -20…+60°C and labeled with your logo on request. Effective copy protection through read protection is possible onboard at no extra cost.

Ultra-fast, high-quality and intuitively high quality impression: The IP65-tight touch panels with full metal front fulfill all of these functions even in the smallest 3.5" system. No restrictions on objects, languages and always remotely accessible free of charge. The new HMIs in the T series have an integrated 4-way VNC server. And of course they are all labeled with your logo so that they are irreplaceable.
The INSEVIS HMIs are connected to S7 CPUs via Ethernet using an S7 connection (Put/Get) as an active part, so that nothing needs to be changed on the CPUs. (For Siemens CPUs, use the integrated Profinet interface)

Flexibly scalable - onboard and remote

All INSEVIS peripheral modules can be used onboard (in the 3, 7 or 11 free peripheral slots of the INSEVIS PLCs) and as an extension also decentrally (in the peripheral slots of the head stations / peripheral blocks). With ConfigStage, the peripheral modules are configured via drag and drop, e.g. whether a bit is operated as an input or output, an analog channel should be an input or output with current or voltage or whether 2, 3 or 4 sensors are used.
All modules can be labeled according to customer specifications.

Industry 4.0 – compliant IIoT gateways

Everyone has their own opinion on the subject, but sooner or later it becomes a real challenge for everyone. With its S7 IIoT gateways, INSEVIS also stands for the most modern methods in accordance with RAMI4.0. Experienced programmers recognize familiar structures when importing S7 variables. Output of the data points as OPC UA server and MQTT client (Pub/Sub). The IIoT gateways include user management, encryption including certificate handling and openVPN. At the same time, completely new solutions are available with NodeRED. Over time, new products with new solutions are being added to this latest INSEVIS product family.
