DES 24MX

Modular cable entry system for a highly flexible solution. The DES 24MX is a the latest development in the DetasUltra™ range of cable entry systems. The unique design allows for a the single DES 24M frame to be expanded to larger sizes, accomodating more cables as required. In total the frame can be expanded to include up to n x DES 24M frames in a single unit. Small and large cable inserts can be mixed as required.

The DES 24M frame offers ingress protection up to IP54. A seperate sealing gasket is included.

DES-PDM 24 CLEAN and FVM

DES PDM 24 CLEAN cable entry plate is mainly used in the food&pharma industries.
The rounded shape without edges and the laser frontal printing avoid dirt accumulation and allow easy washing. Fixing takes place through hidden threaded inserts that ensure perfect stability to the plate, even after countless washes. The hole's location is guided by laser printing. The first, front membrane is pierced with a small screwdriver, whilst the second, parallel membrane acts as a reinforcement, ensuring a very high strain relief and water resistance.

FVM metal detectable cable ties are FDA compliant. They are particularly suitable for applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. An exclusive manufacturing process adds a metallic pigment which makes them detectable by X-ray devices and metal detectors. They can be used in the HACCP process as they reduce the risk of food contamination. The blue color facilitates visual recognition.

MSL and MSU series

The MSL series are extended range shield clamps to easily and effectively ground the shielding of cables of different diameters. Currently available in two versions, they accommodate cables from 3 to 9 mm and from 10 to 19mm in diameter. MSL shield clamps can be fixed with screws or rivets. Snap-in assembly, no need to use tools. High vibration resistance. Thanks to the constant pressure of the spring on the cable sheath, there is no need to run tests and checks.

MSU multiple shield clamps allow for easy and effective grounding of cable shielding. The base supporting the shield clamps can be fixed with two M4 screws. Different versions are available, from 3 to 12 shield clamps, for cables ranging from 1.5 to 12 mm in diameter. Increased wings length for easier cable insertion. Cost and time-effective.
