Description

CEMBRE's MAXIblock and MAXIbrass cable gland range is expanding with a series of new products, becoming increasingly flexible and practical.

Thanks to careful product design, the 1940.M and 2940.M series are characterized by the extended cable entry compared to the standard range.

With the same threading as the standard range, the 1940.M and 2940.M fit large-diameter cables, saving space and time in installations.

Thanks to the extended cable entry it is now possible to install large-diameter cables.

Additionally, a longer thread also makes installation on thick plates easier.

Copper Tube crimping lugs series HR-N & Copper Tube crimping lugs according to DIN 46235 Series DR-N

Copper Tube crimping lugs series HR-N

HR series lugs are manufactured from electrolytic copper tube with a purity greater than 99.9%, and designed to obtain high electrical conductivity combined with the mechanical strength required to resist vibration and pull out.

CEMBRE lugs are annealed and tin plated for improved surface protection. The annealing process optimises the structural features of the material allowing easier crimping and greater resistance to mechanical stresses.

The barrel entrance of the lug is chamfered to allow easy conductor insertion, while its length facilitates precise positioning in the crimping die.

Each lug is marked with:

• CEMBRE logo and part code
• conductor type and csa (mm²)
• stud Ø (mm)
• crimping die code
