Alarm IT Factory GmbH
Alarm IT Factory GmbH is an owner-run IT system house for alarm management and control technology based in Stuttgart, Germany. The company was founded in 2013 as a spin-off of Siemens AG and has since developed into a medium-sized company with around 30 employees. Its core competencies include the support and further development of the Alarm Control Center: an alarming software for the fast and secure transmission of messages from a plant to mobile receivers. In addition, the control technology team supports production-related control systems as well as building control systems in the automotive industry of customers worldwide. Here, systems with WinCC, WinCC OA, PCS 7, iPortal, SiPlant and SIMOVE are predominantly used.
Products
The Alarm Control Center (ACC) is a flexible system for fast and reliable notification in the event of a fault. The alarm software reliably transmits messages from control and visualization systems to smartphones, telephones, pagers and many other end devices. The messages are sent directly and fully automatically to the responsible person or group of people. If the recipient does not respond to a message within the specified time, it is immediately sent to additional recipients. The modularity of the Alarm Control Center allows it to be seamlessly integrated into the existing telecommunications infrastructure. The ACC supports all common media such as push messages, SMS transmission, e-mail, voice output to telephones, pager systems or even text output to cordless telephones.
