SmartBug 2.0 is a smart remote data-collection module for IoT, developed after the success of the original SmartBug. BalancedGyro™ technology enables developers to collect high quality IMU data for a longer period of time, due to the 3x battery life. The new IMU also provides premium temperature stability and vibration rejection, making SmartBug 2.0 useful for products such as AR glasses, VR, OIS, drones, MR, TWS, and robotics for prototyping, data collection, and machine learning-based algorithm development.

- Raw sensor data streaming and logging with configurable FSR and ODR
- Demonstrate TDK’s headtracking solution by output real time position data (roll/pitch/yaw), raw angles and offset data at different power mode and ODR combinations
- Detects orientation accurately with 6-axis and 9-axis sensor fusion using advanced calibration
- 6-axis IMU provides Tap, Tilt, Raise to Wake, Pedometer, WOM outputs
- Two Pressure sensors accurately measure the ΔPressure and show alerts based on ΔP thresholds
- 6-axis, pressure, magnetometer, temperature and humidity sensor monitor the condition of an asset with configurable thresholds and provide event outputs such as Freefall, Shock, Magnetic Change etc.
