AC motors (also known as asynchronous motors or alternating current motors) feature a particularly compact design, making them ideal for the smallest installation spaces. They are available in single-phase and three-phase versions. Their robust and wear-free design also ensures a long service life.

With outputs ranging from 6W to 2.200W and protection classes up to IP66, our asynchronous motors offer a wide range of solutions for a variety of requirements. These drives can be flexibly combined with the entire gear program, consisting of worm gears, planetary gears, helical gears, or parallel shaft gears, as well as with brakes and encoder systems.

Actuators, lifting columns, and adjustment systems convert the rotary motion of a motor into a linear or straight push/pull motion. They have been specially developed for all types of applications that require tilting, lifting, pulling, or pushing motions with a specific force.

The actuators can be easily combined with our motor controllers. Functions such as soft start, positioning, or communication with a higher-level PLC can be implemented without any problems.

Our wide range of products offers a variety of plug & play solutions, often eliminating the need for complex designs. It includes both simple, unregulated drives for adjustment tasks in short-term operation and high-performance actuators for regulated continuous operation. Motor controllers (also known as speed controllers, motor controllers, or speed regulators) are available for DC- and BLDC-Motors with peak currents up to a maximum of 225A. A basic distinction is made between simple, non-programmable controllers and programmable motor controllers for complex positioning tasks. These controllers are easy to network and feature interfaces such as CAN Open, EtherCAT, and Profinet.

The range of applications extends from simple interlocking systems and the control of BLDC motors for conveyor technology in continuous operation to complex positioning controllers for the drive systems of driverless transport systems (AGVs). Various accessories (e.g., potentiometers, controllers, or connector sets) are also available from a single source.

Our experienced application team will assist you with controller programming and also supply preprogrammed controllers.
