The agricultural and commercial vehicle sectors place extremely high demands on connection technology. The environmental conditions and everyday stresses are particularly challenging. In this sector too, the trend is moving away from manual assembly towards overmolded and ready-to-use connection technology. The advantages of this solution are obvious: less susceptibility to errors as well as faster, more reliable and more cost-effective wiring.

Our new product family in ET design combines these advantages in one product. It does not rely on ready-made components, but offers a one-shot solution developed from scratch at ESCHA. We also avoid long supply chains and ensure high availability.

Thanks to the wide range of variants, as is usual at ESCHA, different modifications are possible at your request. For example, a threaded outlet for protective conduits or connecting cables with M12 connectors on the B-side.

All connectors in ET design meet the high requirements of protection classes IP67, IP68 and IP69. The molded release tab prevents unintentional disconnection of the plug connection under load and increases safety. A dovetail, which is also molded on, is used for fastening. With matching original accessories, such as colored identification rings, you can also increase the clarity of your application.

Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) is the future technology in industrial automation. Using compact cables and connectors, high data transmission rates can be brought to the most distant sensor in the field. SPE is a vital component on the way to a fully networked production as envisaged in Industry 4.0 or IIoT. At SPS ESCHA will show over molded M8- and M12-connectors based on the T1 industrial interface according to IEC 63171-6.
