For Industrie 4.0 / IIoT the cMT and cMTX series offers different options for a flexible and efficient client/server architecture: Gateways, HMI, Server, Displays, Panel-PC and All-In-One HMI!
The cMTiPC are HMI panel PCs with 9.7" or 15" touch displays, IntelAtom CPUs and Windows embedded operating system (if necessary also without OS).

The servers cMTSVR100/102 are displayless HMI, with which the visualization is created via the license-free software EasyBuilderPro. The display and operation is done via the HMI
by using the pre-installed tools, including cMT-Viewer or EasyLauncher and/or touch display, tablet, smartphone and PC. Furthermore, all-in-one HMIs are available with display sizes from 7" to 15.6".

Devices of different standards, such as BACnet, M-Bus, KNX, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, CAN, Modbus TCP/RTU, can be connected quickly and easily with the help of gateways and protocol converters from Wachendorff Prozesstechnik. The repeaters can also be used to bridge long distances. Due to different designs, the devices are suitable for any installation location. The new WebPanels from Wachendorff Prozesstechnik have been specially developed to display machine data via an HTML5 browser by connecting it to a controller with its own web server, for example. The WebPanels of the ARMPAC series have a resistive or projected capacitive display for multitouch operation. The displays are available in sizes 7", 10.1" or 12.1". For optimal browsing, the HTML5 browser was developed specifically for this device series and impresses with its full screen display, simple and intuitive operation and fast page switching. The WebPanels are equipped with a Freescale i.MX6 processor and have a very wide input voltage range from 9 VDC to 36 VDC. The WebPanels are integrated into the network via the Gigabit Ethernet interface. The HTML5 browser is pre-installed and fully functional from the first use to make commissioning particularly easy and time-saving. The small installation depth and robust front side, certified according to protection class IP65, allow the use in almost any environment. The devices of the ARMPAC series are specially designed for small and medium-sized operating and monitoring tasks in all areas of industrial automation.

Remote certificate updates

Updates, e.g. from security certificates, made easy

Who doesn't know that? Import new features, implement improvements, fix bugs or, as currently required for the controllers of a well-known provider, install certificate updates. Security always comes first - with it the frequency of planned updates, but also that of extraordinary updates, tends to increase. With the industrial VPN remote maintenance routers Ewon Cosy 131 from Wachendorff Prozesstechnik, installation and activation is quick and easy from a distance. In addition to the usual feature of accessing a machine or plant via VPN, the Click through function allows direct access to all programs and services of the electrical components of a machine. This means that extensions or updates can be carried out with very little effort and know-how. Via the convenient online service platform Talk2M, the machine builder can - with the user's consent - access all his machines in the world at any time and, as in this current case, import the new certificate. This saves the machine/plant operator downtimes and the machine builder time and effort. If machine manufacturers or machine operators also require data for analyses or improvements, Wachendorff's Ewon Flexy series offers the additional option of providing data for the cloud or on premises very easily.
