CBW
Description
Danotherm CBW resistors are liquid-cooled resistors that support high pulse loads, and high vibration withstands capability. They are used in industrial drive systems, traction, and electric vehicles as brake and filter resistors. CBW resistors have a fully insulated aluminum housing with liquid cooling channels. Nominal power ranges from 1200 to 8500W. Different lengths ranging from 180 to 960mm are available. Protection class IP50 – IP 65. CBW resistors can take high power pulse loads up to 60 times their nominal power for 5 seconds, depending on the ohm value and size of the CBW. The maximum working voltage is 1000VAC/1400VDC.
