When you consider that an average industrial plant often has more than 240,000 pages of documents on field instruments alone, the scale of the task becomes clear. Endress+Hauser will present practical use cases for the digitalization of both production and procurement processes. We will be demonstrating process automation from a single source and innovative concepts such as heartbeat verification and 'ready for batch' - you can look forward to the visualization and implementation of a 'real process' with a fully functional control cabinet, controller and control room.

We help you to become climate-neutral and offer the necessary measurement technology, solutions and services.

Whether in the transparent recording of captured CO2 or the direct and indirect reduction and avoidance of CO2 by optimizing measurement technology - the intelligent recording, analysis and use of data is not only a basic prerequisite for companies to efficiently optimize their processes, but also for achieving climate neutrality and decarbonization.

Using a decarbonization model, we will show you key technologies such as Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS), Direct Air Capture (DAC), hydrogen production and use. These contribute significantly to the reduction of CO2 emissions, whereby the characteristics and connectivity of the installed measuring devices are decisive for success in implementation.

The same applies to Power+Energy solutions for processes and applications in power generation, such as FieldXpert, Netilion ready, Heartbeat Technology or WirelessHART. At SPS, we will give you an overview of how our technologies help to reduce CO2 emissions and at the same time actively shape the transition to renewable energies and emission-free processes.

The future of automation will lie in standardized digital twins. These enable the simulation, monitoring and optimization of processes with unprecedented precision.

Netilion already offers functions for the digital twin. At the trade fair, we will be demonstrating this using a transparent OLED model that depicts the digital twin of the real Promass P flowmeter.

Visitors to the stand will be able to follow live on a touchscreen how adjustments are made in real time via Field Xpert.

As a member of the so-called Digital Data Chain Consortium, Endress+Hauser is working towards the declared goal of establishing the complete digital data chain from the manufacturer to the plant operator.
