Over the entire life cycle of machines and plants, there is a great need for industrial services, which are increasingly influenced, changed and expanded by the digital transformation. The Services working group of the ZVEI Automation Division has looked at trends and the effects of digitalization on industrial services that can be expected in the next few years and has published them in 2021 under the title "Digital Industrial Services 2025". In the status check "Digital Industrial Services 2025", we show what has already been implemented compared to the forecast and where we stand today.
