Reversible motors

Single phase induction motors with external capacitor,are able to be operated in these applications where required for rapid reversals of rotation.The motors can be equipped with a special brake which temporarily blocks the rotor allowing the inversion of the rotation.

Motors with brake

These motors are equipped with an electromagnetic brake.

It is useful in applications where the load holding is required,but with motor stopped as no power supply,and where short downtime is needed.

Motors with speed control

The single phase induction motors can mount a speed controller to regulate the rotation speed.

DC BRUSHED MOTOR

A brushed DC motor uses a configuration of wound wire coils, the armature, acting as a two-pole electromagnet,which can produce high torque at low speed.Also as their compact size,reliable performance and high efficiency,it is widely used in various industries.Power range from 10w to 400w in DC 12v,24v,48v,90v,110v,220v.Both square flange and round flange are available for gearhead mounting.

Stable Speed Control:
Brushless motor continues to set speed and a feedback signal are compared from the speed of the motor to adjust the voltage applied to the motor; therefore, even if the load change, still can set the speed from slow instantaneous adjustment to,and in order to stabilize the running speed.

High Torque:
A brushless DC motor of the same size has more torque than an ac motor, allowing it to carry heavier loads or reduce the number of electric rollers.

AC Drum Motor

• Electric roller is a new type of drive device which is placed in the roller body together with the motor and the reducer.
• Electric drum can run under severe particulates environment; can withstand the flow of water and spray, can resist most of the erosion environment.
• Electric drum driven by AC asynchranous induction motor, suitable for most of the international common voltage, also can be customized according to customer requirements.
• The electric roller contains oil as a lubricant and coolant, heat dissipation through the roller shell and the transfer of heat.

Option:
• Integrated thermal protection: integrated constant temperature protection switch in the motor winding end. When the motor is over heat, the switch is switched on. However, the
switch must be connected to a suitable external controller, the controller can interrupt the current conveyor to the motor in case of overheating.
• Integrated electromagnetic brakes: the integrated electromagnetic brake can delay and stop the weight of the given conveyor belt. It will directly affect the axis of the electric
roller, driven by DC electric rectifier.
• Mechanical anti reversing device: a mechanical anti reversing device mounted on a rotating shaft can be used to increase the conveyer. In the case of current interruption, it can
inhibit the transfer of the backward running.

Constant Temperature Protection: Under normal operating conditions, the stator winding in the integrated thermoelectric circuit breaker has been closed.
