The thermoelectric elements create a temperature difference between the internal and ambient heat sinks, making internal air cooler while dissipating heat into the external environment. Fans help the transfer of convective heat from the heat sinks, which are optimized for maximum flow.

Our Peltier cooling units are available in stainless steel 304 or 316 housing. They can be mounted in nearly every position (except roof mounting) because they don’t have a compressor and no moving parts. Depending on the mounting situation the condensation management may need to be considered and possibly adjusted.

Our thermo-electric cooling units are resistant to extreme ambient conditions and can operate effectively even in environments which are dusty and oily and where temperatures may vary from -20°C to +65°C. They comply with European standards IEC/TC 62610-1 and IEC/TC 62610-3, and can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications. The ingress protection rating is IP 66 or type 4X. Depending on the cooling capacity our Peltier units are available in AC or DC voltage.

The innovative one man mounting systems from Seifert allows a screw less installation with no need of additional fixing material. Depending on the size of the unit the mounting time can be reduced to less than 2 minutes. Simplified cutouts without the need of drilling holes into the enclosure, ease the mounting even further.

All models have an integrated condensate evaporation, an electronic controller with color display, a temperature range from 10°C to +60°C or optional -40°C to +60°C and an ingress protection class of IP 56. They also comply to NEMA / UL type 3, 3R, 12, 4 und 4X.

With cooling capacities from 350 W to 6.2 kW they cover a big range of applications. We have also placed a strong emphasis in standardizing components, versions and sizes thus diminishing the need of large spare part stocks, complex training or long unit selection processes. All SlimLine Pro units come in powder coated mild steel housing, RAL 7035. For applications where hygiene and corrosion protection are required, we offer different grades of stainless steel housings.

Liquid cooling is one of the main requirements for smooth industrial production processes. Without precise liquid cooling, reliable heat dissipation from machines and plants, IT applications and in medical equipment is unthinkable.

Our new UL 508A certified CHILLER series sets a standard for industrial applications: three different heights with eight different cooling capacities, always with the same basic foot print (595 x 595 mm), allows a maximum of possibilities for industrial process and machine cooling.

SOLITHERM CHILL are available as:

We offer 2 different models: Standard with a control accuracy of 2 K and Precision with a control accuracy of 0.5 K. Further options such as a larger pump with 5 bar, pressure relief valves, air filters, castor wheels, various industrial plugs, as well as models for outdoor and high ambient temperatures are also available.

The cooling capacity of our chillers ranges from 2,000 W to 12,000 W. All models have the same design, with identical connections and the same operating philosophy and are absolutely user-friendly. By connecting to an App, you have the possibility to access a device at any time and read or configure various parameters.

We also offer SOLITHERM CHILL with speed-controlled compressors and fans. This technology enables precise temperature control of the cooling medium, with excellent efficiency values.From the simple cooling of an individual machine, the additional connection of a heat exchanger to the cooling of a spindle, our chillers can be used in many areas and can if necessary also be optimised for specific applications.

Besides filter fans and cabinet heaters we offer a wide range of cabinet accessories . Thermostats and hygrostats from Seifert ensure an otpimal climate inside your enclosures or cabinets. Our thermostats are available either as normally closed / NC (red disk) for regulating heaters or for alarm signals when temperature is falling below the pre-set minimum value. The contact opens when temperature is rising, or as normally closed NO (blue disk) for regulating filter fans, heat exchangers, Peltier cooling units or for switching alarm signals when the pre-set temperature limit has been exceeded. The contact closes when the temperature is rising. Temperature and humidity sensors for monitoring of preset parameters to ensure that failures or malfunctioning of equipment can be avoided.

Our STRIPLITE LED cabinet lights have been especially designed to meet the criteria of illuminating control cabinets. They are available with integrated On/Off switches or motion sensor.
