These excellent benefits are achieved using 5 gearboxes sizes and 14 motors in combination with 3 types of Yarn Winding machines. EVOX CP is a helical in-line gearbox with a smooth surface that gives high performance at a great value. With a market standard-aligned footprint, EVOX CP can be fitted to any machine without changing the gear unit interface. Thanks to Bonfiglioli's wide range of versions, options and motor technologies, EVOX CP can be adapted to any machine need. The EVOX CP Series can be combined with a wide range of electric motors such as asynchronous motors (both IEC and compact) and reluctance motors (BSR).

Synchronous reluctance motor

The synchronous reluctance motor guarantees a sustainable energy-saving solution that decreases the overall environmental impact, thanks to the absence of magnets and increased efficiency. Reduced operating costs allow a fast return on investment. This product benefits from the proven simplicity and reliability of induction motors and the higher efficiency of synchronous motors.
Bonfiglioli is able to offer two distinctive versions of BSR synchronous reluctance motor series.
The High Efficiency (E) version is characterized by the Super Premium IE4 Efficiency Class level at all the rated operating points, including those in the partial load range. The High Output (O) version allows to reduce the motor size in comparison with an induction motor of the same output power, maintaining an efficiency level equal or higher than the IE2 Efficiency Class.

Both Bonfiglioli packages are IES2 according to the International Efficiency of Systems (IES) classification for the drive and motor combination (IEC 61800-9-2).
