This year, the SPS will be supplemented by the digital platform SPS on air and will thus take place as a hybrid exhibition for the first time. All exhibitors at the SPS 2021 automatically have a company profile on the digital platform. You are welcome to additionally increase your visibility by booking digital participation options. Questions regarding behavior on the exhibition grounds and stand
No, face shields must not be used as mouth-nose coverings, as these do not adequately prevent the distribution of droplets. Exhibitor personnel are required to wear medical mouth-nose protection within the framework of occupational health and safety regulations.
The mouth-nose covering must be worn at all times indoors, i.e. also during discussions at your booth.
At the SPS, all visitors are fully registered. According to the current stand, the separate recording of visitor data at the stand is only necessary if stand catering is offered.
Each exhibitor is responsible for the regular cleaning and disinfection of the stand area as required. Keeping a log is not required.
Questions regarding stand construction
For exhibitor's own stand catering, the currently valid hygiene concept for the catering industry of the state of Bavaria must be observed. If the mouth-nose covering is removed for the consumption of food and beverages at the trade fair stand, the contact details of these persons must be recorded. Which particular documents and markings are expected by the authorities and, if necessary, Mesago within an exhibitor’s hygiene concept in the event of controls or in case of investigation of an infection?
Compliance with and implementation of the protection and hygiene concept is sufficient as preliminary work. Documents or supervision plans are not required.
There is no general restriction on the number of people on the stands. However, all persons on a stand must keep a distance of 1.5 m.

At the present time, there are no plans to specify visitor routes in the halls of the SPS 2021, so that the stand orientation does not need to be adjusted.
