Assembly and dismantling times

The SPS 2024 will provide you with enough time to set up and dismantle your stands.

If required, an extended assembly period will be available upon request. The minimum stand size for an assembly period extension is 150 sqm/400 sqm. Please contact Sabrina Trautwein in writing by 4 October 2024 at the latest.

Assembly and dismantling passes

Please note that an assembly and dismantling pass must be generated and presented via the STP App of NürnbergMesse for all persons staying on the Nuremberg exhibition grounds during construction and dismantling.

The registration link is expected to be available here in the fall of 2024.

FAQ 

For optimized and time-accurate planning of the arrival and departure of your material and to minimize waiting times, register your vehicles and their arrival time via the new digital retrieval system TransITfair. It is not possible to enter the exhibition grounds without prior registration of a paid time slot in the TransITfair system.

For the latest information regarding vehicle access please check the Last Minute Information for exhibitors which will be sent to you approximately 4 weeks before the exhibition.

Assuming that the Technical Guidelines are complied with in the design and construction of the stand, it is not necessary to submit planning documents for single-story stand structures in the halls, provided they have a floor area of no more than 400 sqm.

Special constructions are subject to approval and costs. Special constructions include: 

  • Two-storey stand construction (see item 7 of the Stand Construction Guidelines and Notes
  • Constructions in the outdoor area 
  • Special constructions (show trucks, promotion vehicles, etc.) 
  • Cinema and auditorium areas < 100 sqm 
  • Scene areas 
  • Platforms and walk-on structures higher than 0.20 m 
  • LED walls/video walls incl. substructure or mounting materials 
  • Glass constructions 
  • Moving components 

Review and approval of structures requiring permits:
Dimensioned stand plans on a suitable scale (at least 1:100) with ground plans and elevations must be submitted in electronic form (.pdf) to the Event Engineering Department of NürnbergMesse for approval no later than six weeks before the start of construction: veranstaltungstechnik@nuernbergmesse.de.

The stand construction is not approved until the Event Engineering Department has issued a note of approval.

The maximum permitted construction height for single-story stand construction is 6 m. Due to structural restrictions, this height cannot be realized in all halls. The maximum construction heights of the individual halls are listed in the following table.

Please visit the "Shop for Exhibitor Services" to place orders for marketing and advertising materials or product presentations at the forum. Moreover you can order services such as stand construction, technical connections, stand equipment, catering, personnel, logistics and much more. You will receive access to the "Shop for Exhibitor Services" as well as your stand code after booking your stand.

Long-term parking permits for exhibitors valid for the duration of the trade fair can be purchased on-site at all information and service counters.

However, you also have the option of ordering long-term parking permits in advance via the "Shop for Exhibitor Services".

During set-up and dismantling, parking is free of charge (exception: parking deck/parking garage). You will find more information in our Last Minute Mailing which is expected to be available in October 2024.
