Step 1: Request registration form by e-mail. Would you like personal advice? Our contact persons for new customers will be happy to support you in your planning.
Step 2: Complete the form and send it back. Feel free to note your preferences for a particular hall or stand on the form.
Step 3: Once registration is successful, it will be confirmed by e-mail. The allocation of the stands begin in spring 2024. For more information check ”Allocation of stand space“.
The registration is non-binding.
When can we register as exhibitors for the SPS?
Registration is possible as of now.
When is the deadline for the SPS registration?
There is no closing date for registration. However, the SPS has a high re-booking rate. We therefore recommend early registration so that we can do our best to accommodate your preferences, whenever possible.

Requirements for the participation in the "Start-up Area"
- The company was founded no more than 10 years ago (max. 01 January 2013).
- The company does not exceed a maximum annual turnover of 10 million euros.
- The company does not own a majority shareholding with more than 10 million euros in annual sales.
- The offer is only valid for companies that have not been a main exhibitor at the SPS in the past.
- The offer is limited to a maximum of 3 participations (no booking of an own stand area has been made so far).

Allocation of stand space
When does the planning of the hall layout and the allocation of stand spaces start?
Hall layout planning starts in spring. As soon as we have checked the placement possibilities, we will contact you with a stand offer.
Please note that hall layout planning involves coordination processes and waiting times may occur.
When will we receive the stand confirmation?
You will receive the stand confirmation after acceptance of the offer. The contractual relationship starts with the stand confirmation.
When will we receive the invoice for our stand space and when is it due?
The rent for the stand is due in two equal installments. The first installment (request for installment) shall be invoiced to the contracting partner and shall be due immediately. The second installment (final invoice) minus payments already made shall be charged at the earliest three months prior to the start of the event and shall likewise be due immediately.
